When you visit teacherinterviewkit.com we may collect standard anonymous analytics like page views and traffic sources. We use this to understand which content is helpful. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information just from visiting the site.
If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address to send you resources and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We use MailerLite to manage our email list. Your email is never sold or shared with third parties.
If you purchase a product, our payment processor handles your payment information. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your email address for delivery. We do not store payment details.
Cultivate is a relationship tracking app available at teacherinterviewkit.com/cultivate.
What Cultivate stores: All data you enter — contacts, interactions, notes, and events — is stored locally on your device only using your browser's local storage. It is never transmitted to our servers. We never see it.
Google Sheets sync: If you choose to connect your Google account, Cultivate syncs your data to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. This sync happens directly between your device and Google's servers over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We do not have access to your Google account, your Drive, or the data in your Sheet. Your Google data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
What we collect: Nothing. Cultivate has no account system, no registration, and no analytics. We do not know who uses the app, how often, or what data is stored in it.
Encryption in transit: All communication between Cultivate and Google APIs is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS encryption. No data is transmitted over unencrypted connections.
Encryption at rest: Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms. Data stored in Google Drive is protected by Google's encryption at rest.
Data minimization: Cultivate requests only the minimum Google API scopes necessary to provide its features. We request access to Google Sheets to create and update your network spreadsheet, and Google Drive to locate your existing Cultivate sheet when restoring data on a new device. We do not access any other files or data in your Google account.
Access controls: Your Google data is accessed only with your explicit consent through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. You can revoke Cultivate's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.
Data retention: We do not retain any of your personal data on our servers. If you disconnect your Google account from Cultivate, the app no longer has access to your Google Drive or Sheets. Your local device data remains on your device until you clear your browser data or uninstall the app.

By using Teacher Interview Kit products you agree to these terms. They are written plainly and honestly.
When you purchase Cultivate or any Teacher Interview Kit product, you are purchasing a personal licence to use that product. You are not purchasing ownership of the software or content itself. Your licence is non-transferable and for personal use only.
We provide digital products including the Cultivate app, strategy guides, and card decks to help teachers navigate their career and hiring journey. We do our best to keep products working and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that any product will meet every user's specific needs.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@teacherinterviewkit.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

We may update products from time to time to improve them or fix issues. Updates to Cultivate deploy automatically. We reserve the right to change the access code and will notify existing customers by email if we do.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Teacher Interview Kit products are educational tools. We make no guarantee that using them will result in employment. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Products are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Teacher Interview Kit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
